There are developed technical and programmable means for setting, real time system, rich libraries for work with peripheral devices and consumer-orientated programmable language. Programmable modular controller MC5 Тhe modular architecture programmable controller MC5 is designed for automation of mid-range and high-end systems. The possibility to process a large number of input/output signals and the high speed program execution makes it suitable for process control in cases of stringent requirements concerning a large number of various parameters, high tracking and control speed. Programmable controller MC4 MC4 is a programmable logic controller for machines and equipment having medium level of complexity. It is programmed easily via a PC using high-level programming language or directly from the module using the keyboard and the LCD display. Depending on the type of LCD display there are two modifications - both with 6 x 2 alphanumeric display and with 20 x 4 display. 8-channel regulator MC3 MC3 is a process controller. It has PID regulators and 8 available channels for measurement and process control. Programmable controller E203 Compact, multi-purpose controller suitable for low-end or mid-range systems. A considerable range of expansion modules makes E203 suitable for implementation of large information and control structures, having complex topology. It possesses software and communication compatibility with the other controllers of Isomatic Complect. It is also compatible with a number of other industrial systems, due to the support of the ARCNET network protocol. INPUT MODULES FOR PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLERS Digital inputs module 4DI220Vac The module 4DI220Vac is used to convert AC signals up to 250 Vac to DC digital signals with levels up to 36 Vdc. The module consists of 4 (four) independent channels. All channels have galvanic isolation between the input and the output which allows to connect controllers or other devices without additional components in between. Module analog multiplexer MUXAN12 The module MUXAN12 is a 12-channel analog multiplexer to one output. The module is driven by constant voltage from an external source which makes it suitable for use together with programmable controllers and other control equipment. The use of MUXAN12 can significantly reduce the space and cost of control equipment in case of large number of analog signals. Encoder signal conversion transducer ENCT2 The signal conversion transducer ENCT2 is intended to use simultaneously with encoders with power supply 5Vdc and output signals A, A, B, B, C and C. OUTPUT MODULES FOR PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLERS Modular transistor switches FET2x2N, FET2x4N The modules FET2x2N and FET2x4N contain 4 and 8 transistor constant current switches respectively. They are designed to commutate huge electrical loads, driven by constant voltage in the range from 18 Vdc to 36 Vdc. Transistor outputs module FET4B The module FET4B contains 2 transistor constant current switches of NPM type (common plus for the load) and 2 transistor constant current switches of PNP type (common minus for the load). The four switches have common power supply. Relay output module REL5 The relay output module REL5 contains 5 (five) electromechanical switches. The power switching element is an electromechanical relay. It is used to commutate AC and DC loads. Every switch has one normally open and one normally closed contact which have a common terminal. AC output module SSR8E The AC output module SSR8E consists of 8 (eight) independent electronic AC switches. It is used to commutate electrical loads up to 440W each with line voltage 220V/50Hz. AC output module SSR2x3 The AC output module SSR2X3 consists of 6 (six) electronic power AC switches, separated in two groups of 3 switches. It is used to commutate two three-phase motors up to 750W each, with line voltage 380V/50Hz. The module can commutate also other three-phase loads with maximum current 2A for each phase. Module for reversing asynchronous motors SSR3R The module SSR3R is an electronic module used to commutate and reverse 3-phase asynchronous motors up to 750W, powered by 380VAC mains voltage. The use of electronic components instead of mechanical switches makes it especially suitable for applications needing frequent commutating and reversing of asynchronous motors. COMMUNICATION MODULES Interface transmitter CRS485 The module CRS485 is an interface transmitter between the serial data interconnection standards RS232 and RS485. It can be used to make a connection between two devices with different interfaces, as well as for implementation of “MASTER SLAVE” type networks. Interface signal amplifier REP485 The module REP485 is an amplifier of interface signals used by serial data interconnection standard RS485. It is intended to amplify signals when building networks comprising of many devices or long data lines. Usually this is necessary when the number of the devices in one segment of the network is bigger than 32 or the length of the line id more than 1 km. TRANSMITTERS Sensor signal transmitters CCA/CCB/CCC/CCD/CCN The sensor signal transmitters CCX transform the signal from measurement analogue sensors (thermistors, etc.) in a standard signal 4-20mA. Frequency-to-voltage converter module TACHO 2 The module TACHO 2 is used for linear conversion of signals with frequencies from 0 to 1 kHz into signals with voltages from 0 to 10V. Loop powered galvanic isolator PGR2 The passive galvanic isolator is a device which separates electrically the input from the output signal. They are designed to commutate huge electric loads (up to 2,2/4,4/8,8 kW), supplied by mains voltage 220V/50HZ. AC double solid state relays SSR2X10Y Solid-state relays SSR2X10Y, YN are electronic power a.c. switches. They are designed to commutate huge electrical loads (up to 2x2.2kW), powered by mains voltage 220V/50Hz. DC solid state relays SSR25D The solid-state relay SSR25D is an electronic power DC switch. It is designed to commutate huge electrical loads (up to 25A), driven by constant voltage of 24/36/48Vdc. SOFTWARE SCADA SYSTEM Programming packages for workstations (WS) The workstations (WS) developed in Isomatic Complect are applications for Windows with object orientated graphical man-machine interface (MMI) which are included in systems for observation, control and management of continuous and discreet processes in industry. CONTROLLER'S PROGRAMMING IC - user's language for the programmable controllers The program devices developed in Isomatic Complect give the user an opportunity for flexible configuration and building up of complete management and control systems.
